Scotland’s only fine-dining festival returns to Aberdeen and has already been proven wildly popular.
Signature at the Chester Hotel has already sold out three of its November dates after announced three internationally acclaimed chefs.
Signature will bring internationally renowned chefs – four of whom hold a coveted Michelin star – to Aberdeen to work alongside the hotel’s own team in serving up mouth-watering menus to gastronomes.
Gracing hungry diners will see offer up a dinner service on November 4 William Curley, an award-winning Scottish patissier and chocolatier based in London.
Atul Kochar, the first Indian chef to receive a Michelin star, will serve up his courses on November 9.
And Jeff Bland, executive chef at The Balmoral hotel in Edinburgh, will treat guests to a gastronomic delight on November 16.
All three chefs are now operating on a waiting list.
