Two Aberdeen hair salons have been shortlisted in a national hairdressing awards.
Linton & Mac and Harris & Fox both reached the finals of the British Hairdressing Business Awards.
Netherkirk-based Linton & Mac have been recognised in the Salon of the Year 1 and the Marketing Campaign of the Year categories.
Autumn Robinson, Brand coordinator of Linton & Mac, said: “We have worked really hard at shaping a thriving salon and we’re delighted to be nominated. I’m so proud of our team for delivering a high level of excellence day i, day out and for producing such a beautiful business – it’s totally a team effort.”
Rosemount salon Harris & Fox is in the running for the Salon Design accolade in the awards.

Ryan Harris, owner of Harris & Fox, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be nominated. The salon renovation was such a big job and we are so happy with it, it’s an extra bonus getting shortlisted for this award.”
The winners will be revealed at a glamorous event in London on Monday September 9.
The awards recognise the best firms and individuals in the industry.
