Three north-east bakers have been recognised for their products at The World Championship Scotch Pie Awards.
On a quest to find the best Scotch pie, the awards also showcase a range of other products too including savouries and other flavoured pies.
Bruce of the Broch in Fraserburgh received the Diamond Award and overall winner in the Football Pie category for their fish pie which is sold at Fraserburgh Football Club.

Strichen-based Bert Fowlie Butcher was also awarded a Diamond accolade and announced overall winner in the Macaroni Pie category.

Entries were judged in 11 categories which included Football Pies & Savouries, Macaroni Pies, Steak Pies, Sausage Rolls, Cold Savouries, Hot Savouries, Vegetarian Savouries, Haggis Savouries, Bridies and Apple Pies.
All of the products were anonymously marked by a panel of expert and independent judges, with Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond accolades presented at an awards lunch in Cumbernauld.
TV presenter Carol Smillie who has hosted the awards since 2016 was on hand to reveal the winners.
She said: “The World Championship Scotch Pie Awards really is one of the highlights of my year. I have been hosting since 2016 and I have seen many well-deserved winners in all the categories take to the stage, but to see Alan up here again is wonderful. I know what it means to win, so every winner here today should be proud of their success and I hope they all see their businesses grow and prosper in the year to come.”
