Plans have been submitted to turn four shop units in Aberdeen into a new gin bar.
Richmond Properties has applied to change the use of the units within the Galleria Shopping Centre on Langstane Place.
The firm already has planning permission to change the use of units eight, nine and 10 into a bar but has submitted a new application to include unit seven.
The plans indicate the proposal to fit the area out and open it as a gin bar.
A design statement for the application said: “Indicative plans have been provided to show how the proposed ‘public house’ use would be accommodated within the existing fabric of the building. The change of use requires no external alterations (other than signage which would be the subject of a separate advertisement consent application).
The plans indicate there would be a dedicated access to the premises from the existing internal entrance lobby of the Galleria.
