A Scottish singer will suddenly be seen in Aberdeen next year for a special performance.
KT Tunstall is playing a one-off gig in the Beach Ballroom on January 18 as part of a supermarket’s national campaign.
The Suddenly I See musician is performing at four concerts called Lidl Live to celebrate the countdown to the shop’s 100th Scottish store.
Tunstall will also be visiting Ayr, Edinburgh and Strathpeffer for a fun-filled tour of music and food before she opens the 100th Lidl location in an as-yet unannounced location.
Tickets for the charity gigs are on Eventbrite, with all the money raised going to the store’s long-standing charity partner the STV Children’s Appeal.
The singer said: “There is a powerful place where our mutual interests meet – supporting local suppliers, looking after the environment, and raising important funds for children’s charities in Scotland.”
