Created with elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and violet gin, it tastes exactly like the parma violet sweets from our childhood we all love so much.

- 40ml Boa Violet Gin
- 20ml Saint Germain Elderflower
- 12.5ml Kings Ginger
- 25ml Lemon juice
- Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Single strain into a shorter rocks glass.
- Garnish with dried lavender flowers, egg shell with shaken egg white and Butterfly Pea Flower extract.
