Follow the recipe below to recreate Dreamy Goat Coffee Co’s banana oat drops.
- 270g gluten-free oats
- 3 bananas
- 170g maple syrup (roughly)
- 170g vegan chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Spoon onto a baking tray lined with parchment – you want them to be around the size of a 50p piece. Flatten them slightly with back of spoon.
- Bake at 180C for around 13 to 15 minutes, until starting to brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
