The restaurant located within the beautiful Castle Fraser has launched a new menu.
Specialising in a fine dining offering, the menu features a selection of four starters, mains and desserts for customers to choose from.
Featuring starters like Scottish salon rillettes, cauliflower veloute, to mains including roast duck breast, aged collies beef and roasted winter squash, not to mention the dark chocolate brioche pudding, lemon passion fruit and pineapple trifle and rice pudding, the menu boats a wide selection of delicious dishes.
The two-course menu costs £29.95 and the three-course is £32.95 per person.
Open from Thursday to Sunday from 7pm until late, the restaurant also offers a bring your own bottle service and reservation is by booking only.
Corkage is £3 per person.
