An Aberdeen eatery has launched a new spring menu to celebrate six months of trading.
The Esslemont on Union Street will refresh its offering with a range of dishes featuring seasonal, local produce.
On the lunch menu diners will find haggis fritters, roast fig, brie and walnut salad, as well as a club ciabatta, a steak burger, fish and chips, and banana blondie to name a few.
While on the main version there is a range of starters, mains and desserts to choose from including the Esslemont Cullen skink, minted falafel cakes, pheasant supreme, cider braised pork belly and tandoori chicken skewers. Not to mention a dark chocolate tart, homemade salted caramel filled profiteroles and lemon posset with poached rhubarb compote for those with a sweet tooth.
The Esslemont will also offer a tailor-made menu, giving customers the chance enjoy two courses from £13 and three courses from £16.
