North-east food producers Crafty Pickle Co. will run a Kimchi Making Workshop next month in Aberdeen.
Taking place in the Hillhead Central Building’s Community Kitchens on Don Street, business owners Arthur Serini and Madi Myers will host the event for students on Monday February 10 from 6.30-8pm.
Attendees will learn how to ferment food with limited supplies all while tackling food waste reduction.
Tickets are free of charge and all supplies will be provided on the day. Guests are welcome to bring along any vegetables that they no longer have use for at home.
