A popular seafood Aberdeen restaurant has launched a new seasonal menu.
The Silver Darling at Porca Quay will offer an array of new dishes for customers to indulge in this winter.
Passionate about showcasing locally sourced produce, diners can expect starters including goats cheese, pear and walnut bon bons and comforting langoustine bisque with garlic croutons, as well as grilled fillets of seabass, pan seared halibut and sole goujons for mains.
To finish, the homemade dessert menu features a warm Silver Darling brownie, cherry clafoutis baked flan, Bailey’s and nutmeg creme brulee, and lemon meringue cheesecake.
