A Japanese restaurant in Aberdeen has relaunched its Sunday offering with a new menu.
Yatai Izakaya on Langstane Place will open its doors on Sundays now due to popular demand, starting from this weekend.
It will be open from 4-8pm with a smaller menu.
Guests will be able to enjoy dishes including prawn katsu steamed buns, back pepper teriyaki ribs, wok fried mussels, sake and kimchee, and deep fried vegetable dumplings. Favourites such as the miso soup, slow braised pork belly in miso butter, sweet soy glazed chicken and vegetable Thai curry will all feature.
There will be a range of small and large dishes, not to mention rice bowls and a bento box available to try out.
The vegetarian options can also be changed to suit vegan diners on request.
The menu will change regularly to keep in touch with the seasons and the week’s offering.
