A popular Aberdeen hotel has launched a new food menu.
The Marcliffe Hotel and Spa on North Deeside Road has created a new spring offering featuring dishes including Cove Bay crab, Shetland scallops, Auchmacoy rabbit and Charlton farm asparagus with crispy ham hock and Katy’s eggs.
On the grill, diners can enjoy Peterhead lemon sole, grilled monkfish, Cornish sea bream, Aberdeenshire lamb and Goosnargh Duck.
There is also a vegetarian selection available with dishes such as tofu katsu curry, Isle of Mull cheddar cheese souffle and bruschetta with tomato and mozzarella on offer.
For dessert, guests can expect lemon meringue mille-feuille, white chocolate cheesecake, salted caramel tart, rice pudding and a cheese section, to name a few.
