Aberdeen Costa to close for refurbishment

Costa in Aberdeen’s Union Square shopping centre will close from 5pm tonight.
The coffee spot will be out of operation until Wednesday May 22 to allow for a substantial refit and refresh of the space.
The refurbishment is the third of its kind in Scotland and will become a ‘store of the future’ by enhancing customer experience with a fresh look, new services and a new space to relax with a refreshment in the heart of the city.
It will offer a range of foods including fresh sandwiches, cookies, pastries and cakes.
In June, the store will launch an ordering service where customers can order on their phone, skip the queues and collect their drinks – this will be a first-of-its-kind offering from the brand outside of London.
