An Aberdeen luxury gift shop has taken the plunge to move its business online.
Opaque, which is currently located in the Rosemount area of Aberdeen, made the change after seeing a growing number of its customer base move online.
The business will move online at the end of July.
However they have reassured their customers that they are not closing.

Adam Simpson, owner of Opaque, said: “We’ve had lots of enquiries since our to let sign went up at our Rosemount boutique but we want to reassure our customers that we are definitely not closing and in fact, currently moving to a new local warehouse.
“As like many high street businesses we have seen our client base grow more and more online. We have taken the decision that we should change our business model so we are going 100% online as of the end of July. We’ll have a brand new website with a larger stock listing too.
“We are proud of our local shop customer service so we will continue to offer this to every customer and trade client. We’re always happy to help with any enquiry or special design requirement.”
Opaque is also looking to the future and are planning a Christmas pop-up shop in Aberdeen’s city centre from October to December, offering a variety of top quality Christmas presents.
