A new artisan bakery is set to open its doors in Aberdeenshire this summer.
The Bakehoose on Commerce Street, Insch, will serve up delicious baked goods and specialist coffee six days a week.
Opening from Monday to Saturday, cafe owner Danielle Walbrugh is excited about her new business.
Offering up specialist coffees including bulletproof coffees, matcha lattes, tumeric lattes, ceremonial cacao and more, the bakery will also provide a range of superfood powders that can be added to drinks.
A vegan menu will also be available and the bakery will create fresh croissants, pan au chocolat, brioche, challah bread, sourdough loaves, spelt and rye loaves, and plain bread too. The bread will be made with strong Canadian cold wheat.
The dog friendly cafe will be open from 6am Monday to Friday, and 7am on Saturdays. Closing times are still to be confirmed.
A deli counter will house brownies, Portuguese tarts, bliss protein ball and other vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free goodies.
Danielle said: “We want to create a community hub. Somewhere to come chill, relax and get a great cup of coffee as well as something fine and healthy to munch on.”
