The Ellon-based brewery was given the go-ahead for the licences in Inverurie.
Members of the Aberdeen Central Licensing board heard the company was looking to open its bar on May 15.
BrewDog announced it was planning to move into the former Mitchells The Dairy tearoom on Market Place at its AGM in 2018.
The firm has invested £500,000 in the new venture for its latest north-east bar and will employ 20 members of staff.
Members of the Aberdeenshire Central Licensing board met in Inverurie today.
Councillors heard that a miscommunication between the company and its agents resulted in a delay in a provisional licence application being made earlier this year.
BrewDog has been granted two separate occasional licences giving it permission to sell alcohol on site between May 4-31.
Sales have been authorised from 11am to 1am with off-licence sales from 10am to 10pm Monday to Sunday.
Councillors voted four to three to approve the occasional licence.
