Who doesn’t like the sound of BrewDog’s Elvis Juice battered haddock with chunky chips?
The beautiful sounding combination of grapefruit-citrus beer, flaky white fish and fluffy chips is just one of more than two dozen amazing dishes on Banchory Lodge Hotel’s new menu.
Created by head chef Fraser Rodman, other dishes include starters Fet like and Deeside patties, seafood courses of oysters, scallops or mussels and whole lemon sole – you can watch him create this stunning dish during his Taste of Grampian demo below.
The summer menu also features Mediterranean-inspired grilled sardines, tuna steaks, lamb chump and pork chops.
For those who like to share their food they’ve got a giant cote de boeuf sharing platter and the return of the pimp your own pasta section.
