A city centre fashion boutique is gearing up for a national awards ceremony this weekend, having won the regional titles.
Tiger Lily Boutique, which has stores in Aberdeen and Broughty Ferry, is in the running to win Best Fashion Boutique in Scotland at the Scottish Business Awards, which take place in Glasgow on Sunday.
TLB is hoping to retain the title from last year, and the winner of the category will be determined by the number of public votes received online via the awards’ website.
Located on Chapel Street, owners and sisters Melissa McArthur and Debbie Brash are calling on the people of Aberdeen and Dundee to help the business take the title home.
Melissa said: “We are over the moon to have won the regional award for Best Fashion Boutique in both Aberdeen and in Dundee, and we are now looking forward to the final.
“After winning the title at the grand final last year it would mean the world to us to win for the second year running. We have worked so hard over the past year to really develop Tiger Lily Boutique and its offering, and winning the regional awards shows that. We’re hopeful we can win it again, but if anyone could spare a minute to vote for us it would mean the world.
“We’d love to bring a national award back to the north-east of Scotland.”
To vote for Tiger Lily Boutique all you have to do is follow this link, and leave your email or mobile number and the business’ name. You can also add in the reason why you are voting for them, but this is optional.
