Ivor Smith and Jeff Burns of Aberdeen’s Fifth Dimension will perform their full evening show, Unbelievable, tonight for Magic Circle – the world’s best-known society for magicians.
The show takes place at London’s Magic Circle, which was founded in 1905.
It boasts an international membership of around 1,500 magicians including famous performers like Derren Brown, Dynamo, Jamie Raven – the star of Britain’s Got Talent, and Prince Charles.
This performance is only one of many of the duo’s achievements.
Earlier this year the popular double act joined a group of internationally-renowned magicians and television personalities to perform on the Legends of Magic cruise.
In addition, they appeared in the International Stars of Magic and Variety show at the International Brotherhood of Magicians’ annual convention.
Ivor said: “This has been an incredible year for us and performing at the Magic Circle will be the icing on the cake.
“Following our successful debut cruise earlier this year, the promoters have already been in touch to talk about further cruises in 2019.”
Jeff added: “It’s an incredible honour to be invited to perform for your peers. Any magician’s triple dream venues are the Magic Castle in Hollywood, a show in Las Vegas and London’s Magic Circle.
“We have now appeared at the Magic Castle twice and headlined in Las Vegas, so to get to perform at the Magic Circle is amazing.
“We also think this is the first time that any magicians from the north east of Scotland have performed their full show at the Magic Circle.”
