Scots singer-songwriter KT Tunstall is heading to Aberdeen as part of a massive UK tour.
She will play the Music Hall on Friday, March 8, on the back of the release of her sixth album, WAX.
KT announced the tour on Twitter earlier today saying: “As if I wasn’t going to announce an EPIC HEADLINE TOUR!!”
The Edinburgh-born singer, who rocketed to fame in 2004 with her song Black Horse And The Cherry Tree” will release WAX on October 5.
She said the new album focuses on the body and physicality.
KT said: “I knew before I started writing that I wanted it to be an electric guitar record
“It’s a record about human-ness which we so often just write off as ‘flaws’.”
She has released the lead single, The River, from the album last month.
Her UK tour comes after a summer of touring with artists such as The Pretenders, Simple Minds and Barenaked Ladies.
