Two north-east bars have made the finals of the Great British Pub Awards.
Cheers Cafe, Bar and Tavern in Fraserburgh and The Foundry in Aberdeen are two of three bars in Scotland to contend for top spots in the UK-wide contest.
The Foundry was recognised in the Best for Sport category while Cheers Cafe, Bar and Tavern was shortlisted in the Best for Spirits.
Finalists were revealed following two rounds of judging in the awards, which attracted hundreds of entries.
Known as the Oscars of the pub industry, the event is organised by trade magazine the Morning Advertiser, and recognises stand-out pub operators across the country.
