A north-east chef will host a pop-up event at one of Aberdeen’s most popular cocktail bars.
Ross Cochrane, executive chef of the Rothesay Rooms in Ballater will welcome guests to Orchid on Langstane Place on Tuesday February 25 from 6.30pm for a night of food and cocktails.
Featuring a five-course meal with five cocktails to match each one, guests will also be treated to a glass of fizz on arrival.
Courses will include scallops with chicken wings, guinea fowl with celeriac, truffle and grape, monkfish with tartare, potato and pickled egg, Balmoral venison and a vanilla poached pear dessert with salted caramel and chocolate to finish.
The event takes place from 6.30pm and costs £65 per head.
