The former Bruce Millers shop on Union Street will be given a new lease of life as it turns into a pop-up bar.
Music fans from across the north-east flocked to the popular music store from the 1980s until it closed in 2011.
And now, locals will be able to enjoy draft beers and cocktails while listening to music when the venue reopens as The Draft Project by Soul.
Opening its doors for the first time on Saturday August 1, the pop-up bar should be open for approximately two months.

The large venue, which promises to have a cool industrial feel, will also feature graffiti created by local artists.
