Aberdeen’s 99 Bar and Kitchen has launched a new summer food menu.
Based on Back Wynd, the cocktail bar will continue to offer a range of small plates and larger dishes.
On the small plates menu, customers can expect to find slat beef and pickles, chicken wings with Singularity Sauce Company’s dragons, apples and raspberries sauce, crisp pork belly with ginger and honey, goats cheese crotin with apples and sesame, spinach and mint falafel, and smoked venison with strawberry and balsamic relish, to name a few.
Classics like the 99 nachos with salsa verde, tomato and cheddar and wild haggis spring roll with remain.
Small plate dishes cost £5 for three or £14.
New larger options include spinach, sorrell, olive and pesto linguine, a green salad with peaches and polenta croutons and a sandwich of the day.
The fish and chips and the Back Wynd beef burger will also be available.
For desserts, there’s a selection of Casa di Gelato ice cream and sorbets, strawberries, cream and Victoria sponge and for those who love cheese, a baked camembert with garlic, thyme and berries.
