An Aberdeenshire dairy farm has created a Cranachan gelato for Burns Night.
Forest Farm – The Organic Dairy in Kinellar has added the new flavour, which is based on the popular Scottish dessert, to its portfolio.
It features toasted organic oatmeal from Golspie Mill, a hint of single malt whisky and local Deeside Honey and is rippled with homemade raspberry puree made with local fruit from Castleton Farm Shop & Cafe.
The Burns Night gelato is now on sale.
