New beauty app set to launch in Aberdeen in 2019

A new beauty app is set to launch in Aberdeen next year, and we know beauty lovers are going to be obsessed with this new business.
The brainchild of local entrepreneur Kate Stott, the new beauty app will allow users to easily book appointments with multiple salons across the city.
After identifying a gap in the beauty market and realising that there is currently no easy and simple way to book appointments with multiple salons throughout Aberdeen, Kate decided to create the app which is designed to make life a breeze for beauty lovers who use various businesses.
She said: “When your favourite hairdresser or nail technician was fully booked, there was no way of then finding someone quickly to ease the process.”
Kate and her husband are currently conducting extensive market research with salons and freelancers in the industry to be able to “create an innovative/unique way in bringing vendors and customers closer together in one seamless system that eventually will be seen as essential for the industry”.
Based in Aberdeen, the couple, who have been working on the app for the past two years, plan on expanding the reach of the apps services within Scotland.
Kate hopes her new app will soon become an essential tool for both customers as well as vendors across the city.
She added: “The app is currently well underway in the design process and soon we will be running BETA testing with a chosen few of our BeautyBooker salons pre-launch.”
