An Aberdeen-based hair salon has a new treatment for hair thinning or loss – and the results are amazing.
Florescence is offering the hair integration system to clients suffering from pattern baldness and alopecia as it can add volume to thinning hair or provide a solution for hair loss.
Luisa Flores, who owns Florescence on Claremont Street, said: “The hair integration system is our latest cutting-edge hair replacement system. It’s designed as an effective alternative to wearing a wig. It’s a cross between hair extensions and a wig.”

Luisa added: “Our hair loss system is non-invasive and non-surgical. No glue or wax is used to attach this to the head.
“We use mesh which is attached to any existing hair using micro beads or in some cases when there’s no hair, it’s attached using wig tape.
“The hair is then hand stitched to the mesh adding as much hair that is required for each individual, helping clients regain their confidence.
“We work with them to provide a solution that will help get them back to looking and feeling great.”
The hair integration system usually lasts between a year to a year and a half and it needs to be tightened every four to six weeks.
