It’s Wednesday, which means it’s nearly Thursday – and that’s basically the start of the weekend… just.
Aberdeen International Comedy Festival has an array of excellent shows still available to bag tickets for, so we’ve pulled together some of our favourites to go and see today and tomorrow.

Harriet Kemsley: Slutty Joan
The award-winning comic arrives in the city on her UK tour. Her show today at Brewdog Castlegate at 8pm is sold out.
Gary Meikle: The iBrow Guy
The iBrow Guy, pictured, storms into town for a hilarious gig today at the Tivoli at 8pm. Limited tickets left
Megan Shandley: Megazoid
Megan turns her razor-sharp wit to relationships – including with Alexa – in her festival debut. Tomorrow at O’Neill’s at 6pm.
Count Arthur Strong: Is Anybody Out There?
The music hall legend explains the universe in his own inimitable way. Tomorrow at the Tivoli Theatre at 8pm.
Catherine Bohart: Lemon
Join the star of BBC2’s The Mash Report as she smashes stereotypes around sex, sexuality and relationships. Tomorrow at The Tunnels at 8pm.
