A sausage and cider festival is heading for Aberdeen this autumn.
Arriving in the city for the first time, Sausage and Cider Fest will take place on Saturday October 26.
A venue has not been confirmed yet, however those attending can expect eating contests, a gin bar, craft beer, live bands, DJs, games and much more.
Aberdeen is the only Scottish city to be announced in the festival line up which will also visit Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Norwich and Portsmouth.
There will also be a wide range of ciders on offer including craft, new world, English, French, apple wine, fruit cider and ice cider, and not to mention a variety of sausage products from independent vendors ad suppliers for people to enjoy on the day and also take home.
Eating contests will vary from sausage eating, hot dog eating, spicy food challenges and a selection of other ideas.
The food and drink event will take place from 10am to 11pm.
