The line-up of chefs participating in an Aberdeenshire food festival has been announced.
Deeside Local Food Festival will welcome six north-east chefs to its event on Saturday September 15.
Taking place at Cults Academy from 11am to 4pm, the festival will showcase numerous food and drink firms from across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
Kevin Dalglish of The Chester Hotel, Ross Cochrane of Rothesay Rooms, Orry Shand of Entier Services and Graham Mitchell of Newmachar Hotel will be in attendance, alongside Nick Coetzer, owner of vegan catering firm Roots Catering and the north-east’s own Kilted Chef, Craig Wilson of Eat on the Green
The chefs will work across the marquee stage and the Seafood Scotland stage.
The first demonstration to kick off is simple suppers with Graham Mitchell at noon.
Ross Cochrane and Kevin Dalgleish will host two demonstrations each and Ross will round off the day’s demonstrations at 3pm with his cooking for allergies slot.
