A popular local food festival will relocate to an Aberdeenshire castle this year.
Deeside Local Food Festival will take place on Saturday August 22 and Sunday August 23 at Crathes Castle Garden & Estate in Crathes near Banchory.
This is the first time the event has moved from its former home of Cults Academy and it will also run over two days instead of one.
A wide range of local producers including Aberdeenshire Highland Beef, Cocoa Ooze Chocolates, Esker Spirits and Katy’s Eggs to name a few, took part in last year’s event which attracted more than 3,400 people to it.
